Background: 

My first job was working with my father in the family timber yard. Naturally this is where my passion to work with timber was nurtured. I continued to work there part-time whilst training to be an Architect. Soon after graduating I became the foreman in charge of manufacturing frames & trusses for light-timber framed houses. I grew within the company and within a short time I was the General Manager.

During this time, it had become apparent that there was an opportunity within the current market to establish an Outdoor Furniture company embracing NZ Timber with a focus on quality and high-value. That opportunity, along with a life-long dream to design and build, inspired the establishment of Breswa Outdoor Furniture, specialising in Quality, NZ Made, Outdoor Products.
